Higher Education & Career Questionnaire 

This questionnaire is directed to individuals who were home-educated.

We are assembling a database of case studies of home-educated students who have gone on to higher education and/or into the work force. By answering this questionnaire, you will help give home-educating parents reassurance that their children can go on to higher education and be successful in their occupations.

We intend to use the results of the questionnaire to help parents and children plan for possible attendance at universities, community or technical colleges, or entry into the work force. We plan to publish the results of the questionnaire on the internet and possibly in hard copy text.

To protect your privacy, we will NOT make public your name. It will be part of our confidential files. If you wish, complete the survey anonymously. We will post results on the internet and in handouts for home-educating families and for the media.

Please feel free to skip any questions or add any information or suggestions. If you run out of room on any question, please attach a separate piece of paper and reference the question number. You may want to attach a resume or other documents instead of answering some questions.

When you click "Next" below, you get the questionnaire page. When you copy it, it will take eight pages. If you turn over the first four and copy on the back of them, you can send four pages by Canada Post for 0.45 to
