Some of the appendices are missing in the English version. Although Appendix 9 is referred to on this website:

(see page 56, section 5 of The Chemical Products and Biotechnical Organisms Regulations KIFS 1998:8 ), it is not included at the above url [though it was formerly available with English headings in 2002].

They mention (in English) lists of pesticides prohibited by Sweden from 1988 to 1999:

Under "particular Provisions on Pesticides" on page 56, it states: "Pesticide products which are no longer approved Section 5 (in Chapter 15) A pesticide product which is no longer approved may no longer be marketed or supplied by the person who last held the approval, unless otherwise decided in a specific case by the National Chemicals Inspectorate. Other persons may not market, supply or use such a product after the dates given in Appendix 9."

Only four Appendices are listed, though, in this updated English pdf document.
