New Members and Membership Updates:

To become a member of HBLN and receive e-mail announcements of activities and events of interest to home-educating families in the National Capital Region, submit the following information  for our membership list to:

• Your name
• The name of your spouse (if applicable)
• The names and years of birth of children
• Your address (and mailing address, if it is different)
  
• Your telephone number and e-mail address
• Please indicate whether you would like to receive a copy of the membership list
• Any change of information for current members should also be sent to the above address.  When requesting an e-mail change, please include both the old and new e-mail addresses.
  

In order to receive announcements you must be a member of HBLN and provide full membership information.  This is to protect  the privacy of the membership.

The HBLN membership list is created for the primary purpose of contacting other members, and is distributed only to those families who appear on the list . The membership list does not contain actual addresses, just area of the city.  By ensuring your information is up-to-date, you help to keep the group a true "network".  The membership list is not to be used for solicitation or other commercial purposes.
