MailDomain project

The purpose of this project is to provide a mechenism for distribution of an Email forwarding database for multiple Email domains. In essence it provides the administrator of some.dom.ain, a virtual server off of some common host computer, to be able to determine where some.user@some.dom.aine will go to independant of where some.user@some.other.dom.aine is going (Where some.other.dom.aine is also a domain on this single host computer).

This technology will provide small organizations with the ability to manage their own Email domains, sending the Email to the correct final destination, without the need of setting up their own resources for an Email system. This technology will also be used in the implementation of a Common Email project which will provide this service to individual users within the community.
