Open Source Conference, Jan 25-26, Ottawa [plus links]

Dear GoodWork Subscriber,

Here is an upcoming conference of interest not
only to computer professionals but also anyone
who uses (or is responsible for) computers or
websites in their work, education, activism or
personal use.

Note that Open Source is not just a matter for
"techies". It is a matter of strategic, economic
and political interest to all nonprofit and for-profit
organizations; anyone who has a website; and
ethical computer users in general.

For those who are technically inclined and
are seeking ethical, meaningful work, there
is plenty of opportunity.

But there is also opportunity for managers, writers,
promoters, activists, business people, students...
