Your issue is with the folks at Zend.com not with the PHP > team. The folks at Zend.com wrote the PHP4 license faq? http://www.php.net/version4/license-FAQ.php My largest complaint is with the wording in that FAQ (Commercial != Proprietary), secondly with problems in the PHP4 license ( <http://www.php.net/license/2_02.txt> such as needing clarification on clause 5&6) and only lastly with the confusion that seems to exist between PHP4 and Zend. Only the last problem is Zend specific, and it is not critical compared to the other two problems. --- Russell McOrmond, Internet Consultant: <http://russell.flora.org/work/> Green Party of Canada: Convention 2000 <http://Ottawa2000.flora.org/> Ralph Nader for U.S. President! <http://www.votenader.org/> Problems @ FLORA <http://www.flora.org/flora.status/>
