The govt are a bunch of imbeciles!
Education is needed, not another repressive spook agency.
AFAIK, most of the problems with cracking are due to 
poorly managed sites and lousy proprietary software.
I'm not saying i do better, but then i don't manage
a live site (but i'm learning from the best).
