I think this will be my final comment on this topic (for now). My problems with this whole issue are typified by: http://www.fsf.org/philosophy/free-software-for-freedom.html (paraphrased) Open Source is a subset of Free Software, but we want Free Software, so we should fight against the people advocating Open Source. This is a political and a religious solution, not a practical one. Under this same reasoning, politicians oppose bills giving starving people food, because in their minds, the bill doesn't go far enough. Meanwhile, people starve. I don't want people to starve. I'm willing to make imperfect compromises so that people don't starve. And I don't think I'm "anti-people" for doing so. Alan DeKok.
