I have been having feet problems. SInce THnaksgiving I have had pain on
the tops of my feet. It started with just one foot, but it is now in
both feet. In the 3 months that this has occurred, the pain has jumped
all over my feet. BUt it hurts all the time. It is a dull ache, that
gets worse sometimes. It hurts when I walk, or just sitting. After
exercising it hurts really bad. If I wear sneakers I always have to
loosen them up because the pressure of them on my feet hurts. I play
basketball so that is why I didn't get it checked out earlier. My
trainers think it is just tendonitis. THe pain is usually in the 2-4 meta
tarsal region. I goes up to my toes, but mainly stays concentrated where
the phalange and the metatarsal meet. If I place my foot in ice water, or
a whirlpool it seems like the pain gets concentrated into the area where
it hurts the most. I am wondering if this is stress fractures or just
tendonitis.
