Fatty deposits in the liver

Dear Dr.... 
 
My mother had a blood test that detected something abnormal in her liver
and was given an ultrasound that said it could be a fatty deposit in her
liver....but caused by what? Her gallbladder was removed many years
ago...could it still be bile buildup and how do you correct that? Her
abnormal blood levels were: AST (SGOT) 111 normal being 4 to
42....ALT(SGPT) 162 normal being 4-44 Her LDH was 200 and Platelet was 119
