   It does take some time for DNS to get everywhere.

   Doing the best I can to have minimum glitches in a fairly major move.

   It is also important for all the volunteer/sponsored sites to realize 
that the servers will no longer be part of my "business", but part of my 
home network.  This means that my "best efforts" may not be the same as 
they were in the past when the computers were in amongst commercially 
supported servers.

   If websites are critical for what you are doing, you may consider 
commercially hosting things.
