It is fairly simple, and documented in the FAQ:

http://www.flora.org/flora/faq.shtml#flora2

See: "How do I mark my documents with a Creative Commons License?"

It really is as easy as a few clicks, and cutting-and-pasting as
described on that site.

We can create a http://flora.org/hs-bc/ URL, set you up with a unique
FTP account, move the /homeschool-ca/bc/ files to that new URL and set up
a redirect so old bookmarks/etc will work.

That way what you are doing would be independant of the rest of the
/homeschool-ca/ site and would be live again quickly.

If you want to go this route, let me know in private email and we will
quickly get that set up.
