Hi, as a shot in the dark I'm wondering if anyone associated with sysoping on Flora can help resolve an e-mail problem that is affecting Citizens for Safe Cycling, whose e-mail is to some extent hosted by Flora. CfSC office staff are able to send outgoing e-mail but since Wednesday have not been able to receive incoming e-mails. For those that try to send them e-mail, they get an error message. I have tried working through CfSC's own internal tech support channels but so far there hasn't been a resolution. I don't know enough about the technical configuration so I can't really debug the problem myself. What I can do is supply the error messages. Please see details below.
