I have access to the configs of gripo-opirg-tech-nomail and gripo-opirg-tech-digest. What I would like to know is what are the minimal required settings in the config file of those mailling lists so they behave in the appropriate manner (ie as a *-nomail list or a *-digest list)? Is this in my control or is it, as you may have implied, entirely in the control of the Majordomo admin?
