Hi Peter,

My address and aliases are displayed on several websites,
and i get about 15 spams a day, including max 3 copies of each.
(None of them are hotmail or similar "free" addresses.)
With my email client software, it takes less than a minute to remove them all.
So, if you have only one address on one website,
i would recommend don't worry about it.
Also, fewer addresses is better.

Btw, this help forum is web-archived too.

Cheers,
Krishna

Greetings,

Do you display your e-mail address on your site?
How much spam do you get -- a few a day, or dozens??

The bottom line: what strategies can help minimize
spam, without closing the door to e-mail from strangers?

with thanks,
