Spring cleaning -- close this list?

  There are 3 people on this list.  Me, 2 addresses for Krishna Bera, and
Michael Iles.

  If there is no opposition I would like to just close this list.  I think 
flora-admin-help@flora.org has pretty much taken on all the things that 
would normally be in this list, and both of you are also on that list 
anyway.
