Security Certificates Violate Human Rights,

At the eve of the hearing of Mohamed Harkat on October
25, 2004, Justice for Mohamed Harkat Committee invites
you to gather at the Human Rights Monument in Ottawa
to condemm the security certificate and support
Mohamed Harkat.

The demands of Justice for Mohamed Harkat Committee
are that Mohamed Harkat and the 4 other men imprisoned
under a security certificate:
- Be released immediately. If any case against them
actually exists, that they be allowed to defend
themselves in open, fair and independent trials with
full disclsoure of the case against them.
- Not be deported 
- The abolition of the Security Certificate and the
end of the Secret trials in Canada.

octobre 2004, le Comité justice pour Moahamed Harkat
vous invite a vous rassembler au Monument des droits
de la personne à Ottawa pour condamner le certificat
de securité et soutenir Mohamed Harkat.

Le Comite justice pour Mohamed Harkat excige que
Mohamed Harkat et les quatres autres hommes
emprisonnés sous un certificat de securité:
- soient libérés immédiatement. Si un cas contre eux
existe réellement, qu'ils puissent se défendre a un
procés ouvert, juste et independant et en ayant accès
à l'ensemble de la preuve;
- qu'ils ne soient pas expulsés du pays;
- l'abolition du certificat de securité et la fin des
procès secrets au Canada.
