20 Psoriasis Can a tanning bed replace sunlight in psoriasis treatment. I am a nocturnal person on the graveyard shift and sunbathing is difficult I have mild psoriasis and have had no treatment it has only left my scalp area this last month also. I suggest you see a holistic doctor who can help you detox your liver which is the main problem in psoriasis. YOu need to change your diet and deal with the stress and detox.
