3 PSORIASIS My doctor said that I have psorIasis on my nails. The prolem is that he said this to me 2 years ago and the psoriasis still there even if I treat it with: loprox, topilene, cyclocort, lamisil and an other pills but I can't remember the name (but it's very expensive!) After taking all this stuff, what can I do to treat my psoriasis? Thanks for your help, Answer by Steven Angel, MD, Resident in General Pathology I seem to recall calcipotriol(Vitamin D3) being topically effective for psoriasis. I cannot recall if it was useful for the nail changes, or for that matter, if anything is. The clinical dermatologists will be better informed on the subject.
