969 PSORIASIS AND STRESS
I am interested in any information regarding stress and psoriasis,
especially, but not limited to, how stress affects treatment. Any
references would be appreciated.

Some people manifest stress in form of skin condition. ie. Hives
Urticara
etc. Find out your source of stress. If you can, deal with it. Do
relaxation
such as walks, yoga, watching funny movies, massage, reflexology etc.
I heard from some patients that Flax seed oil may clear these
conditions,
but check out at your local health food store first. Flax seed itself
can reduce cholesterol, and the Omega 3 oil can reduce blood pressure,
strengthen the immune system. There is an article in The Globe & Mail
March 21, 1995 on" Flax seed seen as cancer fighter."
