Where: Glebe Community Centre, 690 Lyon Street South, Ottawa, Ontario
When: Saturday, January 31, 2009
Costs: Dinner and Dancing - $85 CDN ($85 USD)
Dancing Only - $60 CDN ($60 USD)
Non-dancers - $50 CDN ($50 USD)

The Ardbrae Ball Weekend

January 30 - February 1, 2009

Pre Weekend

For those in the Ottawa area, there will be two nights of walk-through sessions, to help prepare you for the ball. The easier dances will be walked-through on Monday, January 26th, at Glashan School from 7:30-10:00pm, while the more difficult dances will be walked-through on Wednesday, January 28th, at Centennial School from 8:00-10:00pm.

Friday Evening

Enjoy refreshments, dancing and fun at our Welcome Dance where out-of-town guests can meet their Ardbrae hosts.

The Welcome Dance is being held on Friday, January 30th, from 8pm to 11pm, at the Parkdale United Church Hall. Programme is listed below.

Saturday

Take advantage of Ottawa for sight-seeing, shopping, or skating on the Rideau Canal. The more adventurous might head for the nearby Gatineau Hills for alpine skiing, or for a cross-country ski outing.

Dancing at 8:00 PM.

Sunday

Join us for Brunch and some relaxation and conversation. If your legs are up to it, try some skating on the world's longest skating rink: The Rideau Canal!.

The Brunch will be held on Sunday, 1st February, 10:30 am - 2:30 pm in the home of an Ardbrae member. To help us plan, please indicate on your ticket request form if you wish to attend the brunch.
